The Company was notified on 19 July 2021 that Richard Holmes, Non-Executive Director, has acquired 7,086 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 635.00 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this transaction, Richard Holmes' beneficial interest in the Company is 307,606 Ordinary Shares representing 1.04 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
The Company was notified on 20 July 2021 that Neil Newman-Shepherd (Group Managing Director) has purchased through his Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) 2,378 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") in the company at a price of 630.0p per Ordinary Share.
