Exercise of options under the Barratt Developments Savings-Related Share Option Scheme
The Company announces that, on 26 July 2021, Steven Boyes exercised an option to purchase and retain 2,004 ordinary shares of 10 pence each at an exercise price of £4.49 per share under the Company's Savings-Related Share Option Scheme.
