2021 Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Accsys, the fast-growing and eco-friendly company that combines chemistry and technology to create high performance, sustainable wood building products, announces that the Group's 2021 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of Annual General Meeting (AGM) are now available to view on the Company's website at https://www.accsysplc.com/investors/reports-results/ and https://www.accsysplc.com/investors/corporate-governance/ respectively. 

The documents will today be posted to shareholders, distributed via the website or emailed based on shareholders' preferences.

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at its offices at Brettenham House, 19 Lancaster Place, London, WC2E 7EN, UK, on Friday 17 September at 14.30 (UK time).

At present the Company anticipates holding the AGM at its offices, however the COVID-19 situation is constantly evolving, and the UK Government may change current rules relating to such meetings. Any changes to the AGM as a result will be communicated to shareholders via a Regulatory Information Service before the meeting.
