Director's/PCAs' Shareholdings
Helios, the unique investment vehicle which acquires and consolidates underwriting capacity at Lloyd's, was informed yesterday that Nigel Hanbury, Chief Executive Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") of the Company, on the same day sold 4,300 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 140 pence per share, and subsequently repurchased the same number of Ordinary Shares at a price of 141 pence per share into an Individual Savings Accounts, in order to effect "Bed and ISA" trade.
In addition, Nigel Hanbury's three children, Elizabeth Hanbury, George Hanbury and Clementine Hanbury, each of whom are persons closely associated ("PCA") with him, purchased on the same day a number of Ordinary Shares in the Company. Details of these trades are as set out below.
