Pets at Home Group plc: Director / PDMR Shareholding
Pets at Home Group plc, the UK's leading pet care business, announces that on 29 July 2021, Peter Pritchard, Chief Executive Officer, Mike Iddon, Chief Financial Officer and Louise Stonier, Chief People and Culture Officer, each a person discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMR") exercised the ordinary shares of 1 pence each in Pets at Home Group plc ("Shares") they each received this week under the second tranche of the 2017 Restricted Stock Plan ("RSP").
The shares represent 25% of the total share award granted to each PDMR under the RSP. Each PDMR has sold a proportion of their shares to cover their tax liability. The remainder of the shares received under the RSP have been retained by each PDMR.
1. Peter Pritchard sold 23,715 out of a total of 49,793 Shares received to cover his tax liability, and retains 25,578 Shares.
2. Mike Iddon sold 19,762 out of a total of 41,077 Shares awarded to cover his tax liability and retains 21,315 Shares.
3. Louise Stonier sold a 14,246 out of a total of 29,612 Shares awarded to cover her tax liability and retains 15,366 Shares.
