The Company announces that Dominic Lavelle, Senior Independent Director, purchased an aggregate of 50,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a volume weighted average price of 25.06p per share on 3 August 2021.
Following these purchases, Dominic has a total beneficial interest in 100,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.04 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
