The Company announces that it has today purchased 105,000 Ordinary Shares into Treasury at 625.9414 pence per share.
Following the transaction the Company holds 3,306,194 shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 157,941,884. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
