Director's Other Appointments
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2), JTC notes that Dr. Erika Schraner, an Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Nomination Committee and member of the Audit and Risk and Remuneration Committees, will be appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Bytes Technology Group plc ("Bytes") with effect from 1 September 2021. Dr. Schraner will be a member of Bytes' Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
Dr. Schraner's other directorships include her appointment as a Non-Executive Director of AIM-listed Aferian plc (formerly Amino Technologies) and private equity backed BluJay Topco Limited.
There have been no other changes to the information set out in LR 9.6.13R (2) to LR 9.6.13R (6).
