Sirius Real Estate announces that awards granted under the Sirius Real Estate Limited Deferred Bonus Plan (the "DBP"), vested in full on 21 June 2021. Alistair Marks has exercised his award and will receive 87,164 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company. 70,828 shares have been withheld in settlement of Mr Alistair Marks' tax liabilities arising in respect of the vesting of the awards.
