Financial Results for the six months ended 30 June 2021

Bank of Cyprus Holdings Public Limited Company announces that its Board of Directors will convene on Tuesday, 31 August 2021, to examine the financial results for the Bank of Cyprus Group for the six months ended 30 June 2021.
The financial results will be announced on Wednesday, 1 September 2021, before market opens, to the London Stock Exchange and the Cyprus Stock Exchange.
