SDI Group plc, the AIM quoted Group focused on the design and manufacture of scientific and technology products for use in digital imaging and sensing control applications, announces that it has posted to shareholders the Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 April 2021 as well as a notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), which is currently planned to be open to shareholders.
