Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company wishes to notify the market that, as at 31 August 2021, the Company's issued share capital consisted of 118,238,586 ordinary shares of 0.075p each ("Ordinary Shares"). 6,266,653 of the shares are held by the Company's Employee Benefit Trust. No shares are currently held in treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company as at 31 August 2021 is therefore 111,971,933.

The above figure of 111,971,933 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in, the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
