Notice of AGM and posting of Annual Report
First Property Group plc (AIM: FPO), the award winning property fund manager and investor, will hold its Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Company's registered office, 32 St James's Street, London, SW1A 1HD at 12 noon on Tuesday 28 September 2021.
The Board encourages shareholders to join the meeting remotely via a live presentation, rather than attending in person. Registration is via https://www.investormeetcompany.com/first-property-group-plc/register-investor. Once registered, invitations to this AGM and to future online meetings held on the platform will automatically be sent. Shareholders are invited to submit questions in advance of the meeting via the platform or to investor.relations@fprop.com. In addition, questions can be posted online during the meeting.
Please note that joining remotely will not constitute attendance and shareholders will not be able to vote at the meeting. Shareholders are therefore asked to submit their votes by proxy ahead of the meeting. The Board recommends that all shareholders appoint the Chairman of the meeting as proxy to ensure their vote will be counted.

The Annual Report & Accounts, which includes a Notice of Meeting, were posted to shareholders on 27 August 2021 and a pdf copy has been saved on the Group's website at www.fprop.com.

First Property Group plc is an award winning property fund manager and investor with operations in the United Kingdom and Central Europe. Around one third of the shares in the Company are owned by management and their families.
Its focus is on higher yielding commercial property with sustainable cash flows. The company is flexible and takes an active approach to asset management. Its earnings are derived from:
· Fund management - via its FCA regulated and AIFMD approved subsidiary, First Property Asset Management Ltd (FPAM), which earns fees from investing for third parties in property. FPAM currently manages thirteen funds which are invested across the United Kingdom, Poland and Romania.
· Group Properties - principal investments by the Group, to earn a return on its own capital, usually in partnership with third parties. Investments include seven directly held properties in Poland and Romania, and interests in eleven of the thirteen funds managed by FPAM.
