Braveheart Investment Group (AIM: BRH) announces that, following the issue of 13,888,889 ordinary shares in the placing announced on 13 August 2021, the issued share capital of the Company at the date of this announcement comprises of 52,230,340 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares"), with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 52,230,340.
The figure of 52,230,340 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
