AGM Webcast joining instructions
As set out in the Company's Annual Report and Accounts, shareholders are invited to join the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') on 1 September 2021, virtually by joining a webcast of the meeting. Instructions on how to join the webcast can be found in the AGM section of the Company's website at the link noted below. Access to the webcast will be available from 30 minutes before the start of the event. Questions may be submitted once the meeting is declared open at 11.30 a.m.

In advance of the Company's AGM, a short presentation by the Company's Investment Adviser, Jon Wallace, is available to view on the Company's website at the link noted below. Shareholders are invited to submit any questions on the presentation via the question facility of the webcast.
