Jayne McGivern steps down from the Board

3 September, 2021: Cairn Homes plc ("Cairn", "the Company" or "the Group"), the leading Irish homebuilding company, today announces that Jayne McGivern has informed the Board of her decision to step down with immediate effect, to pursue a new executive opportunity.

John Reynolds, Chairman of Cairn said:

"We would like to record our sincere appreciation to Jayne for her valuable contribution during her tenure. Jayne joined the Board in March 2019 and brought a wealth of experience and insight to our deliberations from her construction experience in various senior positions in both the UK and US. While we are saddened to see her step down from the Board, we offer Jayne our best wishes in her future endeavours."
