Result of General Meeting
Argo Blockchain, a global leader in cryptocurrency mining (LSE: ARB), announces that resolutions 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6 proposed at the General Meeting held earlier today were duly passed. Resolution 2 failed to carry.
The total number of votes received on each resolution put to the General Meeting was as follows:
