AIM Rule 17 Notice
Active Energy announces the following disclosures in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies, identified as part of the due diligence undertaken on the Company by its nominated adviser. Max Aitken was formerly a director of R1007 Limited at the time the company was placed into liquidation in October 2006. This disclosure was omitted from the announcement of Max Aitken's appointment to the Board of Active Energy Group on 20 January 2020. Max was also a director at Cramlington Renewable Energy Developments Hold Co Limited at the time that holding company was placed into administration in October 2020 and Speyside Renewable Energy Partnership Hold Co Limited at the time that holding company was placed into administration in October 2020.
