Notice of Annual General Meeting
Chill Brands Group plc (LON:CHLL) (OTCQX:ZOEIF), the international CBD group, announces that the Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') was posted to shareholders yesterday. The AGM will be held at 1601 Riverfront Drive, Suite 201, Grand Junction CO 81501 USA at 09:00am (MST) / 4:00pm (BST) on Thursday, 30 September 2021. A copy of the Notice together with the proxy form is now available on the Company's investor relations website at www.zoeticinternational.com.
The Company intends to broadcast the AGM live via a webcast with shareholders having the opportunity to submit questions prior to the meeting.
If shareholders wish to attend the AGM or submit questions to the Board, please contact Buchanan via chillbrands@buchanan.uk.com no later than 09:00am (MST) / 4:00pm (BST) on Tuesday, 28 September 2021. There will be no facility to ask questions live at the AGM, however the Board will endeavour to answer any questions that have been submitted in advance. When registering or submitting questions you will be required to provide details including your investor code to verify your identity.
Shareholders are strongly encouraged to submit a Form of Proxy appointing the Chair of the meeting as their proxy and giving instructions as to how they wish their votes to be cast. Details of how to submit votes can be found in the Notice of AGM. The deadline for Forms of Proxy to be received is at 09:00am (MST) / 4:00pm (BST) on Tuesday, 28 September 2021.
It is anticipated that the Company's 2020 Annual Report and Financial Statements will be posted at a later date and a separate General Meeting will be convened to approve the 2020 Annual Report and Financial Statements. A further announcement will be made in due course.
