InnovaDerma (LSE: IDP), a UK developer of beauty, personal care and life sciences products, announces that it was notified on 6 September 2021, Mark Ward, Non-executive Director has purchased 657,154 Ordinary Shares of €0.10 each in the Company at a price of 37 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase, Mark Ward now holds a total of 4,449,144 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 16.25% of the issued share capital of the Company.
