Announcement of Scrip Reference Share Price
Hamilton Bermuda - The Company announced on 3 August 2021 that it would be offering a scrip dividend alternative in connection with the interim dividend of 11.5 cents per share payable on 22 September 2021. The deadline for receipt of elections was 27 August 2021.
The Scrip Reference Share Price which will be used in calculating the entitlement of those who have elected for the scrip dividend alternative is 929.52p.
The Scrip Reference Price is based on the average of the closing middle market quotations derived from the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 31 August 2021 and ending on 6 September 2021.
The Pound Sterling equivalent of the dividend is 8.33p per share and is based on the average USD/GBP exchange rate as published in the London Stock Exchange Daily Official List for the five business days commencing on 31 August 2021 and ending on 6 September 2021.
