Q1 2021 Dividend Exchange Rate
Diversified Energy Company PLC (LSE: DEC) announced on 30 April 2021 a Q1 2021 Dividend of 4.00 cents per share ("Q1 2021 Dividend"). The Company will pay the Q1 2021 Dividend on 24 September 2021 to those shareholders on the register on 3 September 2021.
The Company announces that Shareholders who have elected to receive their dividends in GBP sterling will receive an equivalent payment of 2.88 pence per share, based on the 9 September 2021 exchange rate of GBP 0.71960=US $1.00.
