Gresham House, the specialist alternative asset manager, announces that further to its 'Result of Placing and PrimaryBid Offer' announcement of 10 September 2021, Mr Simon Stilwell, a Non-Executive Director and PDMR of the Company, subscribed for 11,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 910.00 pence per Ordinary Share as part of the Placing.
Following the above purchase, Mr Stilwell has an interest in 16,000 Ordinary Shares of the Company, representing 0.04% per cent of the enlarged issued share capital of the Company.
