Smiths News has today been notified that Ms Denise Collis, independent non-executive director of the Company, has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of EMIS Group PLC with effect from 1 October 2021. As part of Ms Collis' appointment to the board of EMIS Group PLC, she will also chair their Remuneration Committee and be a member of their Audit and Nomination Committees.
This notification is made pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14(2) of the Listing Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority.
