TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS
In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1R, as at 30 September August 2021, the Company had 409,695,434 Ordinary Shares in issue and 185,000,000 C Shares in issue, each with equal voting rights. In addition, the Company will have 6,554,528 Subscription Shares in issue, with no voting rights attached. No shares are held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 573,420,736.
Shareholders should use 594,695,454 as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest, in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
