The Company was notified on 1 October 2021 that Mr Nicholas Farren, a person discharging managerial responsibilities, exercised a share option award under the Company's 2016 Sharesave Scheme (SAYE) (the "Scheme") as follows:
· 12,295 share options from share options granted in September 2016 at 244.0p per share
The Employee Benefit Trust (EBT) transferred 12,295 ordinary shares of 2.5p each ("Ordinary Shares") in full satisfaction of the option exercise to Mr Farren's nominated account.
