Sabien Presentation at FTE Mykonos

Richard Parris, Executive Chairman of Sabien, gave a presentation of the Company's vision and strategy to the "Follow The Entrepreneur" (FTE) Investor Summit, held on Mykonos on 4^th and 5^th October 2021. The audience for this presentation comprised a number of private companies and investors, many of whom are focused on the development of opportunities in the Green Economy.

As a result of Sabien's participation at the Summit, the Company has today announced that it has entered into a subscription agreement with Proton Technologies Canada Incorporated ("Proton") as a prelude to a wider cooperation agreement.

Commenting on the FTE event, Richard Parris, Executive Chairman, stated:
