The Company has been notified of the following dealings by Karen Oliver, Board Chair and Non-executive Director, and Gotthard Haug, Non-executive Director:
· Purchase of 2,698 Dialight plc ordinary shares by Karen Oliver. Following the purchase, Karen holds 2,698 Dialight shares; and · Purchase of 2,500 Dialight plc ordinary shares by Gotthard Haug. Following the purchase, Gotthard holds 2,500 Dialight shares.
