Completion of Tender Offer
The Company announces that the acquisition by the Company of 30,366,688 participating redeemable preference shares of no par value in the capital of the Company (the "Shares") pursuant to the tender offer commenced by the Company on 6 September 2021 (the "Tender Offer") has now been executed, with all Shares being repurchased by the Company and cancelled.
Payment to shareholders of the Tender Offer consideration is expected to be despatched today, 22 October 2021.
Following the repurchase and cancellation of the tendered Shares by the Company, the Company's issued share capital consists of 91,100,066 Shares carrying one vote each. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury. Accordingly, as from today, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 91,100,066.
The above figure (91,100,066) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
