Mr Philip Holland has resigned from the Board of TP Group plc as Chairman and Director with immediate effect.
Mr Holland has made this decision in the best interests of the TP Group's employees and shareholders in order to enable the Company to move forward with a new strategy.
The Board would like to express their thanks to Phil for his contribution over the past four years and wish him well for the future.
