Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 2.00pm on Wednesday, 15 December 2021 at the offices of Dentons UK and Middle East LLP, One Fleet Place, London EC4M 7WS.  The following documents (as applicable) have been mailed to shareholders or otherwise made available today:

•            Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period ended 30 June 2021 ("Annual Report");

•            Notice of AGM 2021; and

•            Form of Proxy.

The Annual Report and Notice of AGM are also available to view and download on the Company's website at www.theprsreit.com. Shareholders who require a Form of Proxy should contact the Company's Registrars, Link Group on 0371 664 0300.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, copies of the documents have been submitted to the UK Listing Authority and will shortly be available for inspection from the National Storage Mechanism at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm.
