Jet2 plc, the Leisure Travel group, announces that Philip Meeson, Executive Chairman of the Company, has sold the following ordinary shares of 1.25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"):
18 November 2021 1,550,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £11.1389 per Ordinary Share
19 November 2021 450,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of £10.50 per Ordinary Share
Following these transactions, Mr Meeson beneficially holds a total of 43,305,000 Ordinary Shares representing 20.18% of the Company's issued share capital.
