Notice of AGM and posting of Annual Report
Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded live events agency, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts, including notice of its Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") is being posted to shareholders today and will be made available on the Company's website www.aeorema.com.
The AGM will be held at the offices of Harris & Trotter LLP on 14 December 2021 at 11.00 a.m.. Shareholders are encouraged to vote by proxy following the instructions set out in the notice of AGM.
As part of the business of the AGM, the Directors are also seeking authority to adopt new articles of association for the Company (the "New Articles"). The New Articles will take effect from the close of the AGM and will amend the existing articles of association, principally to reflect changes to law and market practice. A copy of the New Articles will be made available on the Company's website www.aeorema.com/financial.
