Issue of Ordinary Shares
On 23rd November 2021 SEVERFIELD PLC (the "Company") from its block listing authority of 1st July 2021 issued 46,057 new Ordinary shares of 2.5p each to satisfy share options exercised under the Company's SAYE Sharesave plan by employees. Following this issue, the Company has the ability to issue a further 528,746 shares under its block listing facility of 1st July 2021.
As a result of this issue, the total number of ordinary shares in issue now stands at 309,347,165 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 309,347,165. There are no shares held in treasury.
The above figure of 309,347,165 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
