Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 26 November 2021 it purchased from Winterflood Securities Limited 18,105 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 3760.07 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.
Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 54,758,031 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
