Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities and their Closely Associated Persons

The Company announces that it was notified on 27 November 2021 that the spouse of Non-Executive Director, Alan Lovell, had on 26 November 2021 purchased 40,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. The Company further announces that Mr Lovell notified the Company on 29 November 2021 that he had that day purchased an additional 40,000 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company. Prior to these transactions, Mr Lovell was beneficially interested in 250,000 ordinary shares in SIG and, following these transactions, Mr Lovell's beneficial interest is now 330,000 ordinary shares in SIG.
