Vesting of the above LTIP award is subject to the achievement of performance conditions based on the Company's Total Shareholder Return ("TSR") versus the FTSE 250 Index over the 3-year performance period. Threshold vesting (25% of the award) will vest for TSR in line with the Index and full vesting will be earned for exceeding the Index TSR by 20% over the performance period.
