Posting of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Cellular Goods (LSE: CBX), a UK-based provider of premium consumer products formulated with lab-made cannabinoids, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 August 2021 and Notice of Annual General Meeting are available for download on the Company's website at cellulargoods.co and will be posted to shareholders shortly.
The AGM will commence on 7 January 2022 at 12.00 p.m. and will be held at the offices of Fladgate LLP at 16 Great Queen Street, London WC2B 5DG.
