Change of Auditors
Following the completion of the recent acquisition of Boom Battle Bar, the audit committee has concluded a review of the enlarged Group's auditors and has approved the appointment of HW Fisher LLP ("HW Fisher") as the Company's external auditor for the financial year ending 31 December 2021. The Board and previous auditors, Crowe U.K. LLP ("Crowe") had jointly agreed that it was appropriate for the Company to seek new auditors following the acquisition.
Accordingly, Crowe has resigned as the Company's external auditor with effect from 10 December 2021.
The appointment of HW Fisher will be recommended to the Company's shareholders for approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting in 2022.
The Board wishes to thank Crowe for its services and support as external auditors and looks forward to working with HW Fisher in the future.
