Change of Auditor
The Company announces its intention to appoint Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP as its auditor for the financial year ending 31 March 2023 subject to approval by the Company's shareholders at the next Annual General Meeting to be held in 2022.
The selection of Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP was approved by the Board following an extensive competitive tender process overseen by the Audit and Risk Committee. Ernst & Young LLP (EY), the Company's current external auditor, will continue to undertake the audit for the financial year ending 31 March 2022 and will step down on completion of that audit.
The Board wishes to extend its appreciation and gratitude to EY for its services rendered to the Company throughout its tenure.
