Employee Representative Director appointment
The Company has been informed today of an appointment by the Spanish Works Council of an Employee Representative Director.
In accordance with LR 9.6.11 and LR 9.6.13, RHI Magnesita announces that Ms Karin Garcia has been appointed as an Employee Representative Director of the Board, with effect from 9 December 2021, for a four-year term in accordance with the Company's Articles of Association.
No other disclosure obligations arise under paragraphs (1) to (6) of LR 9.6.13 R of the FCA's Listing Rules in respect of this appointment.
