Result of AGM
DX, the provider of delivery solutions, including parcel freight, secure courier and logistics services, is pleased to announce that all of the Resolutions proposed at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"), held on 15 December 2021, were duly passed.
The Resolution numbered 1, seeking approval of the Company's 2021 audited Annual Report and Accounts, as set out in the Notice of AGM, was withdrawn, as it was incapable of being properly put to the meeting.
In respect of the Resolutions proposed at the AGM, the results of the proxy votes received are set out below:
