RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING AND EQUITY RAISE UPDATE

At the Annual General Meeting held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed by shareholders.

Further to the announcement released by the Company at 4.14 p.m. on 17 December 2021 in connection with the conditional placing of 7,138,998 Placing Shares (the "Placing"), the passing of resolutions 8 and 10 at the AGM today satisfies the condition for the placing of the Placing Shares in excess of 5 million Placing Shares, which will utilise the shareholder authorities granted by Shareholders pursuant to those resolutions. The Placing remains conditional, inter alia, on the Admission of the Placing Shares to AIM and the Placing Agreement not being terminated in accordance with its terms. Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will become effective and that dealings in the Placing Shares will commence on or around 8.00 a.m. on 22 December 2021.

Capitalised terms used but not defined in this announcement have the meanings given to them in the announcement made by the Company at 7.00 a.m. on 17 December 2021 announcing the Placing, unless the context provides otherwise.
