In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, International Public Partnerships Limited (the 'Company' or 'INPP') announces that Stephanie Coxon has been appointed to the Board of the Company as a non-executive Director with effect from 1 January 2022. Stephanie has also been appointed to each of the Company's Committees with effect from the same date.

 

Michael Gerrard, Chair, said "I and my fellow directors are delighted to welcome Stephanie to the Board. Her knowledge and experience will be complementary to that of other Board members.

 

Effective Board succession is of the utmost importance and I am confident that this appointment will ensure the continued strength of the Company's governance."

 

Biography for Stephanie Coxon

Stephanie is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and is a non-executive director on several London listed companies.

Prior to becoming a non-executive director, Stephanie led the investment trust capital markets team at PwC for the UK and Channel Islands. During her time at PwC, Stephanie specialised in advising FTSE 250 and premium London listed companies on accounting, corporate governance, risk management and strategic matters.

 

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.13, Stephanie is a Non-Executive Director of PPHE Hotel Group Limited, JLEN Environmental Assets Group Limited and Apax Global Alpha Limited which are all admitted to trading on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.
