Appointment of Nigel Boardman as Deputy Chairman of Arbuthnot Latham
The board of Arbuthnot Banking Group PLC ("the Company" or "the Group") is pleased to announce that Nigel Boardman, an independent non-executive director of the Company since June 2019, has agreed to take on the additional responsibility of serving as Deputy Chairman of the Group's principal subsidiary, Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Ltd. Nigel has been appointed a director and Deputy Chairman of Arbuthnot Latham & Co. Ltd with effect from 1 January, 2022.
