Publication of Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting
Hyve Group plc today announces that its Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 September 2021 and the Notice of Meeting for the Annual General Meeting are available to view on the Company's website at hyve.group.
A copy of the Annual Report, the Notice of Meeting and the Proxy Form have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and printed copies will be posted to shareholders on Wednesday 5 January 2022.
The Company's Annual General Meeting for the financial year ended 30 September 2021 will be held on Thursday 3 February 2022 at 9.00 a.m. at the Hyve Group plc offices, 2 Kingdom Street, London W2 6JG.
