The Board of JPMorgan Japanese Investment Trust plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Anna Dingley as a non-executive Director of the Company effective from the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting on 13th January 2022.
Ms Dingley's 25 year career spans technology, finance and government sectors. She is the founder and Managing Director of Japan Connect Ltd, a Japanese business development consultancy which connects UK and Japanese entrepreneurs, investors, and executives. She is fluent in Japanese.
Ms Dingley is a non-executive director of Nihon M&A Center Holdings Inc., a Tokyo Stock Exchange listed company in Japan. She was previously a Trustee of The Japan Society in the UK.
Ms Dingley owns 483 shares in the Company.
