Listing Application

Lamprell announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange and FCA for a total of 2,745,753 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the FCA and admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

These shares will be allotted in accordance with the Company's Performance Share Plan and Retention Share Plan.

Admission is expected to become effective on 21 January 2022.

The shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
