Marlowe announces that it was notified on 26 January 2022 that, following the acquisition of 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by Lord Michael Ashcroft on that same day at a price of 888 pence per Ordinary Share, Lord Michael Ashcroft is now interested in 11,887,361 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 12.4% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
