Further to the Company's recent announcement regarding the proposed appointment of Maree Wilms as a Non-Executive Director, Duke is pleased to announce that Maree has been appointed to the board with immediate effect. As previously announced, Mark LeTissier now steps down from the board following Maree's appointment.
